"Metro Pool Service has been taking care of our pool for many years. Since they began servicing our pool we have had absolutely no issues with algae or the myriad other water related issues that can occur. The pool remains crystal clear!
We have turned over all aspects of our pool care to Metro. They open it for us in the spring, store the cover, do weekly cleanings, weekly chemical checks and clean the filters when necessary. After they close the pool they continue with periodic checks throughout the winter months to ensure that the chemical levels are appropriately maintained.
They even handled ordering a replacement cover for us and installed a new heater when needed. Their customer service is beyond excellent. Mari, Paul, Phil and their staff are always there for us to competently and professionally handle any pool need that we have.
As the owner of two large dogs, I appreciate the consistent schedule they maintain and the advance phone calls verifying the dogs are secured. Never have we experienced gates left open or unlocked following their weekly visits. We would highly recommend them without reservation."
